you’re starting from scratch, or renovating an existing garden, and need a detailed plan to execute.
option A: $125 - $750 + GST
a quick design for either the front or back garden of a standard lot
includes an on-site or remote discovery meet and greet to learn more about you and the vision you have for your garden, and gather measurements of the space
deliverable: handcrafted to-scale rendered sketch of garden design, including plant list and optional plant palette
option B: $1,500 + GST
an in-depth design for either the front or back yard of a standard lot
on-site or remote discovery meet and greet to learn more about you and the vision you have for your garden
follow up email with garden design wish list questionnaire to learn more specifics
site inventory and analysis
handcrafted to-scale concept design, including plant + material palette
concept plan review + one round of feedback
deliverable: handcrafted to-scale master planting plan, including custom plant and material lists, to be used for installation by yourself, or by a trusted landscape company
optional add-on: installation supervision, nursery visits + planting assistance at $50/hr or $350/day + GST
option C: $2,500 + GST
an in-depth design for entire property of a standard lot, includes same process and deliverables as option B.
properties larger than standard size may exceed this amount, depending on project scope
travel time for site visits outside of Nelson, BC is billed at $100/hr
